Sharing your information with lenders and lending partners is how the SortMyLoan service works. We share your information with:

4.1 Lenders and Lending Partners

When you submit a loan request, we share your application information with lenders and lending partners in our network so they can determine whether to extend an offer. Each lender's use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, which you should review before accepting any offer.

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including: hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, identity verification services, fraud detection services, and email/SMS communication providers. These service providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide the service we have engaged them for.

4.3 Legal and Safety

5.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. If your browser sends the GPC signal when you visit our site, we treat that as an opt-out request for that browser session.
