TCPA Consent Disclosure

Last updated: May 18, 2026

When you submit a loan request through SortMyLoan.com ("SortMyLoan," "we," "us," or "our"), you are providing consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive certain communications. This page provides the full text of that consent so you can review it at any time.

Full Consent Language

What This Means

When you submit a loan request through SortMyLoan, your phone number may be used to contact you by:

  • Live operators
  • Automated dialers
  • Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
  • SMS or text messages

Communications may come from SortMyLoan directly or from any of the lenders and lending partners we share your application with. This is necessary so lenders can present you with loan offers, verify information, and complete the application process.

Frequency of Communications

The frequency of communications varies depending on the lenders in our network and the outcome of your loan request. You may receive:

  • An immediate confirmation of your loan request
  • Follow-up communications from one or more lenders presenting offers
  • Verification calls or messages from a lender that has chosen to extend you an offer
  • Periodic marketing communications, where you have consented to receive them

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SortMyLoan and lenders in our network are not responsible for these charges. If you prefer not to incur charges, you may consider opting out of text and call communications as described below.

How to Revoke Your Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time by:

  • Email: sending a request to info@sortmyloan.com with the subject line "TCPA Opt-Out" and your phone number
  • SMS: replying with the word STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
  • Voice: verbally requesting to be removed from the call list during any phone call

Revocation of consent applies to communications from SortMyLoan. To revoke consent with respect to communications from a specific lender, you will need to contact that lender directly using the contact information they provide.

Note: revoking TCPA consent does not affect transactional communications required to service an ongoing loan you may have accepted from a lender. Those communications are governed by your agreement with that lender.

Lender-Specific TCPA Practices

Each lender in our network has its own TCPA practices and may have its own opt-out procedures. We share your application with lenders so they can independently decide whether to contact you. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and disclosures.
